Webster Park is an additional location of Martin Park Inc. This community is located in the 93701 zip code and suffers from some of the similar statistics that the location in Lowell has. We see quite a bit of opportunity to create a safe place for families and children where we can provide resources and an experience for the community that shows love and care.

Webster Park: Phase 1 Complete
A once-empty lot on East Tyler Avenue is now a park the neighborhood calls its own. Webster Park opened in 2023, just up the street from Webster Elementary. Families walk to it, and kids finally have a safe place close to home.
Neighbors once told us it would never happen. Today it’s a source of pride for the community.
Phase 1 delivered:
- A safe, walkable park designed for neighborhood families
- An on-site home where a caretaker keeps watch over the park
- Modern lighting and security cameras
- A gathering space for programs, events, and play
